Scandlines is on course to meet the 2015 low sulphur regulations with an order for two LNG newbuilds as well as a hybrid battery and scrubbers solution for some of its existing ferries – Rebecca Moore
Ferry operator Scandlines has its eye firmly fixed on the future. It is juggling a series of balls as not only has it recently commissioned two LNG newbuilds, but it is also installing a combination of scrubbers and batteries on some of its vessels, in order to meet the upcoming low sulphur regulations.
