At Seatrade Cruise Global 2026 in Miami/USA, MEYER WERFT Group will present Project “Vision,” the world’s first 100% battery electric cruise ship with a size of more than 80,000 GT. The battery technology is available today, and by 2030, around one hundred ports across Europe will offer the charging infrastructure required to support battery-electric operations.
