As the Group Accounting manager, you will have overall responsibility for the accounting function in the group. You will have a professional and coordinating responsibility for employees within international accounting.

The position reports to the CFO of the company and is part of the core finance team.
Main tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for consolidation and preparation of annual and quarterly reports at group level.
- Responsible for tax and accounting in the group.
- Lead and drive projects to ensure an efficient and future-oriented accounting function.
- Handle continuous issues within accounting and taxation.
- Report to management and be a sparring partner in the implementation of company transactions.
- Further develop routines, processes, and systems and be the main contact person for the auditor.
- Assist the CFO in Audit Committee and with other ad hoc matters
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Higher education in economics, preferably a master’s degree in accounting and auditing (MRR) or other relevant specialization.
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant positions and/or experience from auditing.
- Experience in accounting or auditing of listed companies is an advantage
- Very good accounting expertise (NGAAP and IFRS) with an understanding of complex accounting relationships.
- Works efficiently with digital systems and has good Excel skills.
- Good language skills in Norwegian and English.
