Customer Service Engineer


As Customer Service Engineer in Corvus Energy you will provide and lead Service Assignments in testing, commissioning, service / troubleshooting and repair of our battery systems that are integrated up to marine electrical and automation systems. Our customers are placed Worldwide and the position requires frequent travelling.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Automation
  • Technical Vocational School and/or relevant Certificate as Electrician or Automation Technician
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, oral and written
  • Generally good computer skills
  • Norwegian Driver’s License
  • Health declaration for Offshore or Seafarers will be an advantage

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience from position as Customer Service Engineer or equivalent role in the marine / offshore segment
  • Good knowledge of ship systems, preferably battery systems, frequency converters, PMS systems, PLCs and electrical boards
  • Experience from the preparation of reports and documentation
  • Experience from Field Work
