Responsibilities:

  • Creation & maintenance of assembly Work Instructions suitable for international factories

Position Summary: 

Our factory in Richmond requires a Systems Administrator to assist with the daily management of our corporate IT partner. The range of activities will vary from high level IT strategic planning and project management through to the ordering and deployment of computer equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Monitor system performance and availability.
  • Manage servers and storage infrastructure. Perform data backup and recovery operations as needed.

Corvus Energy sources battery cells from world leading battery manufacturers and integrates these cells into their products. The Mechanical Engineering team develops the structure to package these cells into “Battery Modules”, which are used to build “Battery Packs”.

Responsibilities:

Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Lead Engineer, the System Engineer assumes a hands-on position where they are expected to spend most of their time contributing to technical work involving:

  • Battery management system architecture
  • Design of system level algorithms (SOC, SOH, current limiting, fan control, etc.)
  • Development of the system level simulations (performance, thermal, lifetime, etc.)
  • Supporting sustaining engineering and troubleshooting initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the product development activities:

  • Link the requirements and specifications to the test plans, verification, and validation results

Reporting to the Lead Test Engineer, the Test Engineer is responsible for the planning and execution of testing, validation and certification/compliance of Corvus’ products.

  • Execute electrical testing on the battery cells, battery modules, packs and arrays.
